Came in Castle Rock to relax and have fun, this smoking hotel was great place for doing it. Rooms with a hot tub had a family atmosphere. The room also had central heating, flat-screen TV and a microwave. Everything was simply great.

My kiddos loved the pool very nice and warm, my son lost his tablet we had no idea what happen to it until 3 days later it dawned on us that we might have left it at the hotel after 3 days of missing we called up to the hotel to find out that, that is where we left it, we were so happy on the honesty and respect your employers have... Just a amazing crew to have there at the day's inn hotel

The morning meal was pretty good, they had hot bagels and yummy omelettes 🥯🍳, creating a cozy family atmosphere. Our spacious family room even had a hot tub for a perfect relaxing stay.

Price is lowest at the outlet area.
Stunk of cigarettes, including our "non smoking" room. Tiles in bathroom all loose and the grout was coming out in chunks (hurt bare feet). Has really gone downhill since we stared staying 3 years ago. Not going to be our go-to place in Castle Rock any longer. Staff was never at desk, had to call every time we needed them.

We were allowed to check in about 30 minutes early, which we appreciated.
Booking and the hotel managed to lose my reservation. I was able to show it on line, but we had to wait at the front desk while it was sorted out. Booking is apparently a manual process, they faxed something in with a typo. Why? Room was only marginally clean. All linens stained, carpet sticky. Breakfast area so dirty we went elsewhere and paid. Out of juice.

it is hard to find the entrance... one would follow the road... around as the address is on this road. then you have to u-turn and come back to go a different road to actually get into the parking lot & the front door. Major hassle.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this peaceful hotel. The room was spacious and well-maintained, complete with a hot tub and smoke detectors for added safety. The location was convenient, being close to an outlet mall for shopping.

Clean room, very friendly staff.
-Though the room was a pleasant surprise and had recently been upgraded, the public areas of the facility are very worn down and a bit depressing. -The plumbing is very loud so when the room next to yours has the shower running, you'll know it. -Smell of chlorine from the pool throughout the property. Then again, there is a pool (with lots of children in it).

The room was very clean, nice size (we had a king bed room). Bed was very comfortable. Fresh breakfast with good choices.
unfortunately we had to get up at 2 am for a fire alarm. A dryer in Housekeeping had caught fire so we were out of the building for a little over an hour. They did, however, give us a discount on our rate.
